الشروط والأحكام.
- يتنازل العميل صراحةً عن الشروط والأحكام القياسية الخاصة به، حتى لو تم وضعها بعد شروط وأحكام البيع القياسية هذه. ولكي يكون أي استثناء ساريًا، يجب أن يتم الاتفاق عليه صراحةً وكتابيًا مسبقًا.
- يتم سداد فواتيرنا خلال 21 يوم عمل، ما لم تتم الإشارة إلى إطار زمني آخر للدفع في الفاتورة أو الطلب. وفي حالة عدم السداد في الموعد المحدد،. يحق لشركة برج المعرفة التجارية إيقاف أي تقديم للخدمات دون سابق إنذار في حالة التأخر في السداد.
- إذا كانت الدفعة لا تزال مستحقة بعد أكثر من ستين (60) يومًا من تاريخ السداد المستحق، تحتفظ شركة برج المعرفة للتجارة بالحق في الاستعانة بخدمات شركة استرداد الديون. سيتم دفع كافة المصاريف القانونية من قبل العميل.
- تطبق بعض الدول اقتطاعًا من المصدر على قيمة الفواتير، وفقًا لتشريعاتها الداخلية. سيتم دفع أي استقطاع من المصدر من قبل العميل إلى السلطات الضريبية. لا يمكن لشركة برج المعرفة التجارية تحت أي ظرف من الظروف أن تشارك في التكاليف المتعلقة بتشريعات الدولة. وبالتالي فإن مبلغ الفاتورة سيكون مستحقًا لشركة برج المعرفة التجارية بالكامل ولا يشمل أي تكاليف تتعلق بتشريعات البلد الذي يتواجد فيه العميل.
- تتعهد شركة برج المعرفة التجارية ببذل قصارى جهدها لتقديم الخدمات المتميزة في الوقت المناسب وفقا للأطر الزمنية المتفق عليها. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن اعتبار أي من التزاماتها بمثابة التزام بتحقيق النتائج. لا يمكن لشركة برج المعرفة التجارية تحت أي ظرف من الظروف أن تطلب من العميل الظهور كطرف ثالث في سياق أي مطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار المرفوعة ضد العميل من قبل المستهلك النهائي.
- وحتى تكون مقبولة، يجب إخطار شركة برج المعرفة التجارية بأي مطالبة عن طريق خطاب مرسل بالتسليم المسجل إلى مكتبها المسجل خلال 8 أيام من تسليم البضائع أو تقديم الخدمات.
- ستخضع جميع علاقاتنا التعاقدية حصريًا لقانون المملكة العربية السعودية.
الشروط والأحكام الإضافية للاختبارات:
1. يجب أن تتم جميع الدفعات مقدمًا. وفي حالة عدم الدفع لن يتم حجز أي امتحان. سيتم تفويض شركة برج المعرفة التجارية بتعليق أي تقديم للخدمات دون سابق إنذار في حالة فشل السداد.
2. العميل مسؤول عن ضمان دقة بيانات المرشح المقدمة إلى برج المعرفة إما من خلال الموقع أو البريد الإلكتروني. لن يتحمل برج المعرفة المسؤولية عن أي بيانات مقدمة غير دقيقة وقد تؤثر على دخولك إلى الاختبار. يرجى ملاحظة أن جميع المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد.
3. أنت مسؤول عن ضمان اختيار الاختبار الصحيح. بمجرد تقديم الطلب، لا يمكن إجراء التغييرات.
4. بمجرد شراء الاختبار، تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية التأكد من وصولك إلى مكان الاختبار في الوقت المحدد.
5. لا تتحمل شركة برج المعرفة أي مسؤولية عن عدم الحضور أو الوصول المتأخر
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date,. Knowledge Tower Trading Co. will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Knowledge Tower Trading Co. reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Knowledge Tower Trading Co. become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Knowledge Tower Trading Co. in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
5. Knowledge Tower Trading Co. undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Knowledge Tower Trading Co. cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
6. In order for it to be admissible, Knowledge Tower Trading Co. must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Saudi Arabia law.
Additional T&C of Exams
1. All payments must be made in advance. In the event of non-payment, no exam will be booked. Knowledge Tower Trading Co. will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of failed payment.
2. The client is responsible for ensuring accuracy of candidate data supplied to Knowledge Tower either through the site or email. Knowledge Tower will not be held responsible for any data supplied which is inaccurate and may impact your entry to the exam. Please note all payments are non-refundable.
3. You are responsible for ensuring the correct exam has been selected. Once an order has been placed changes cannot be made.
4. Once you have purchased an exam, it is your responsibility to ensure you arrive to the exam venue on time.
